The tiny pendant bail arrived damaged (missing a peg) because of the quality control. A seller mentioned that staff was on vacation and told me that mistakes can happen. This seller mistake caused a customer to: 1. Contact the customer service 2. Send photos of the damaged bail 3. Print return label (who has a printer?) 4. Make a trip to the post office and buy my own shipping supplies 5. The replacement item then was out of stock causing additional wait time to receive one. Again, this is a tiny cheap item, but instead of just replacing the damaged item and making things right by the customer, the seller put the responsibility and all the work on the customer. Overall it took over 5 weeks from the time order was placed to finally getting this tiny thing.
