I was very disappointed in this company. i bought this chain, with a pendant bail and a 15mm bezel. They sent me a 12mm instead. I sent them several messages and was mostly ignored, except to acknowledge my return of the product that I paid for by myself. I tried to get them to replace an incorrect bezel, and they finally refunded after I pulled the trigger on a case. they didn’t even bother to send it a when I first reported the issue! They said “oh, this is a busy time,” but that is no excuse to completely ignore a customer. I work in a high intensity job and we always respond to customer issues. They wanted to send me the bezel as payment for the shipping, but at that moment, I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. I was about to spend hundreds of dollars on one of their gold rings and am glad I didn’t!
