I ordered just one half-drilled garnet and one HD amethyst bead, so I know it wasn't expensive -- but I still think it should have been an obvious color difference. Both stones are black, might as well have ordered two onyx pieces. Time to stop ordering from Etsy and get back to shopping IRL!

They are a bit mismatched in size which I found disappointing. Color is nice but I can’t use them for what I intended.
