This sterling silver ring mounting features a tapered band with an open filigree design and a 4-prong mounting that holds one 5mm (approx.) round faceted stone. The side of the shank beneath the mounting also has an openwork design, giving the ring the look of a hollow construction. This ring requires finishing. Cut a seat in the prongs to accommodate your stone, then burnish the prongs over the stone to secure it in place.
